Personal data protection
The CHU de Nantes (University Hospital) commits to abide by the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL).
Treatments and purpose
The creation of an account on the portal allows you to create medical care request to the CHU de Nantes (University Hospital), either for yourself or a third party. Collected data as part of it will be used in the following purposes :
- Statistical analyses for consulting and browsing in the portal
- Contact the requester if needed
When creating or editing a request, the personal and medical data collected are used for the following purposes:
- Formal identification of the patient as part of the identity vigilance
- Sending precise medical data for the analysis of the request by the relevant service
- Statistical analysis on the patient caracteristics using the portal (residency country, age group, consulted service)
Mandatory data are indicated with an asterisk in the different forms. The requestor email address is, for instance, required to guarantee the identity of the contacted idividual.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the article 6.1 from the General Data Protection Rights (consent).
Recipients
The recipients for personal data are :
- The admissions department of the CHU de Nantes (University Hospital)
- The care unit addressed by the resuest
- The Tresury
No personal data about you is sold to a third party or used for non forseen purposes.
Data storage period
Data is stored for 18 months after the last modification made in the request.
Exercice of your rights
You can access your personal data, asking their correction, updating or deletion or exerce your right to the limitation of treatment of your data. You can remonve at any time your consent for the treatment of your data.
